FAQ: I use the School Accounting System-Online version and noticed emails sent from within the software now show an email address of sas@notifications.sui-online.com; why?

With the recent bulk emailing policy changes Google announced, the School Accounting System has been updated to include certain information if your organization is using the hosted mail server.  For example, if using the hosted mail server, the From Email Address field for an email address defined on the Email Addresses tab within the Email Manager option is automatically completed (and disabled) with sas@notifications.sui-online.com; and the sas@notifications.sui-online.com email address is then used when sending the emails from within the School Accounting System.

Important:  If using the hosted mail server, be sure to add the sas@notifications.sui-online.com email address to your whitelist or safelist.
