FAQ: Is there a way to view how a change to the W4 information affects the employee’s check?

Yes, utilize the Employee Check Calculation option located under the Options menu on the Payroll screen.  With the Employee Check Calculation option, changes can be made to wages, deductions, and/or taxes without the system updating the actual information in the Employee File, in order to see how the changes affect an employee’s net check amount.
