FAQ: The Requisition Approvals option in Web Link does not appear for a user who should have rights to approve requisitions. Why?

In order for a user to have rights to the Requisition Approvals option in Web Link, the user must:

  • Have Full Access to the Approve Requisitions option for Web Link, which is listed under the User Permissions List in the User Security option
  • Be assigned to an Approval Sequence (User ID field completed) on an approval tree within the Requisition Options option
