Training Tidbit: Is there a way to see if I missed paying an hourly employee in the current check cycle batch?

Yes, if you are calculating a payroll and wondering if you remembered to pay all the unit employees, generate the Missing Hourly Employees Report.  The Missing Hourly Employees Report, which is a standard pre-check report, prints any unit employees whose pay groups were selected as part of the payroll calculation but did not have any entries made (so are not going to get paid).  The Missing Hourly Employees Report is located under the Check Cycle menu on the Payroll screen and then Pre-Check Reports.

Below is an example of the Missing Hourly Employees Report showing five unit employees that did not have any entries made in a payroll calculation batch.
