Training Tidbit: ND PERS Rate Change Reminder
Don’t forget the contribution rates for ND PERS change on January 1, 2024, to be as follows:
Main Plan – Regular Employees:
Employee contributions – 7%
Employer contributions – 8.12%
Main 2020 Plan – Regular Employees:
Employee contributions – 7%
Employer contributions – 9.26%
Main Plan – Part-time or Temporary Employees:
Employee contributions – 15.12%
Main 2020 Plan – Part-time or Temporary Employees:
Employee contributions – 16.26%
If your ND PERS deduction is set up in a rate table in the Deduction File, edit the rates in the Deduction Rates List by clicking the Rate Table tab in the Deduction File.
Note: The rates for Retiree Health Insurance Credit (RHIC) remain the same and do not change.
