Training Tidbit: How do I electronically file the quarterly Kansas Unemployment Report?
The Kanas Unemployment Report option in the School Accounting System creates a file using the MMREF record layout, and then the file can be uploaded to the Kansas Department of Labor’s website at: https://kansaslabor.gov/accessks/faces/login/login_local.xhtml
Follow the detailed instructions provided by the Kansas Department of Labor for uploading a tax and wage report: https://www.dol.ks.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/1477/638701036806830000
When completing the screen with the Wage Report File Format field (see diagram below), be sure to select MMREF1. Then click the Browse button to select the file created from within the School Accounting System and click the Next button.
