Training Tidbit: Is there a report that shows the budget for the current fiscal year and the actual balances for previous fiscal years?
Yes, generate the standard report in General Ledger called “Current Budget Report with Five Year Activity History”. When generated, it will display the budget information for the current year, along with five years of historical year-to-date activity.
To access the report, select the Reports menu in General Ledger, Other Reports, and then Current Budget Report with Five Year Activity History.
