Generate the Transaction Detail Report to view the quarterly or yearly transaction details for assistance with grant reporting by Iowa districts. The Transaction Detail Report provides a detail transaction listing and subtotal by chart of account number. The report can be generated by either Regular or Account Groups as the Report Selection, and the processing month date range can be specified to designate the quarter or year of the transactions to view. The Transaction Detail Report is accessed from the Reports menu in General Ledger, and then under Data Entry Reports.
