FAQ: Is there a report that will help provide me with the information needed to complete the Salary worksheet for the Missouri SDAC file?

Yes, for the Missouri school districts who participate in the School District Administrative Claiming (SDAC) program, generate the Distribution Report by Employee from within Payroll to obtain the information needed to complete the “Salary” worksheet for the SDAC Microsoft® Excel file.  To aid in generating the Distribution Report by Employee so that only the applicable employees are included, define an employee group called MOSDAC and select the applicable employees that are to be reported on the “Salary” worksheet of the file.  Then when printing the Distribution Report by Employee, click the Search button for the Employee Group ID parameter and select the MOSDAC employee group so that only the applicable employees will be printed on the report.

Tip:  Complete the Missouri SDAC option in General Ledger to generate a report to utilize when completing the quarterly “Expense” worksheet of the file.
