What are automatic payment stubs in the check cycle?
Automatic payment stubs are printed in an Accounts Payable or Payroll check cycle for vendors or payees set up with automatic payment (the Automatic Payment field is selected in the Vendor File or Payee File). An automatic payment is a Check Type available to stipulate the form of payment as having been or will be automatically paid (deducted) from your checking account.
