FAQ: I am using the 1099 – Plain Paper option and viewed the 1099s to the screen, then sent them to the printer from the preview window; the image disappears halfway through printing. What should I do?

If using the 1099 – Plain Paper option and  the 1099s were sent to the printer from the preview window, the image may disappear (quit printing) halfway through the file and/or an out of memory error message may appear.  If this happens, close out of the School Accounting System and then log back into the software.  Then when you are ready to continue printing the 1099s, click the To Printer button located on the Vendor 1099s screen to send the 1099s directly to the printer, rather than viewing them to the screen first.
